Amy K. Limp, AIA

I’m a Seattle-based, licensed architect specializing in residential design. Throughout my 15+ years of experience, I’ve learned that each project comes with a unique set of design, budget, and scheduling priorities. You and I will work together to define what matters most to you and your family, then develop a plan that you feel confident and excited about.

Once plans are underway, I strive to be accessible and efficient on every project, while delivering a high level of expertise and construction documentation. And above all, I promise you an end result you will love.

I was born and raised in Fayetteville, Arkansas, and graduated from the Fay Jones School of Architecture at the University of Arkansas with highest honors. While in school, I fell in love with the Pacific Northwest modern style and moved to Seattle after graduation in 2004.

I spent my formative professional years training directly under several notable architects including Jim Cutler, Gordon Walker, and Bob Hull. Now I love being self-employed, and I value the close relationships with clients and builders that develop while designing and building a custom home.

When I’m not in the office, you’ll find me renovating my own home, cheering for our kids on the soccer pitch or walking our family dog in Discovery Park.
